My First Time Ever Night Drive Experience in Melbourne

After catching up and having Iftar (dinner) with my friends at Coburg last night, I headed back to my home following the Google Maps's direction. It took me to Sydney Rd and then to Western Ring Rd where I made my first mistake by turning left on Hume Fwy instead of keep going straight until Edgars Rd which was the right exit for me. I had to drive 5km until Cooper St where I could exit, but I missed it; therefore, I had to drive another 7km until Craigieburn Rd E, and kept driving until I somehow ended up on Interlink Dr which was a quiet street. This was the only chance I had to stop the car and check the map to see where I was. I decided to avoid the Freeways and continued driving on a quiet street, but somehow I ended up on Sydney Rd and then Cooper St. Again I made two small mistakes there, but I had options to do U-Turns, and finally made to Edgars Rd and then arrived home.

At the end, based on the Google Maps information, 13km was done in 40km.
